Lezbehonest, books that give the feels are just the best. Here’s a list of books that gave me all of them:
Because obvi. This book will forever be one of my favorites.
Just finished this one this weekend and omg it was just so good. SO GOOD.
Not only does this book have the romantic aspect to give you the feels, it also has strong parental relationships that I thought were actually more important than the romantic ones. When dads cry, I cry.
I know this series has been out for a long time, but when I first read it back in 2009, I legitimately almost skipped a college exam to keep reading this book. Rolling down the hill outside the manor house? Omg.
I didn’t mean that all the feels would be happy feels. This book is so heartbreaking. It has a happy(ish) ending but this book will leave you sobbing.
This book was beautiful and fantastic and just wonderful.
Dreamfever is the 4th in the Fever Series by Karen Marie Moning. It is very adult but my goodness the feels. Barrons you magnificent beast.
This book was the epitome of my teenage angst. I read it after an ugly breakup in high school and this book just stuck with me for a really long time after.
There are not many book boyfriends who are better than Frank Porter. That is all.
Then there’s Mac. *Swoon* I was never a huge fan of Dessen’s earlier work but I’ve read a quite a handful of them. This is her newest book and by far my favorite of the ones I’ve read.
So there you have it! I tried to pick ones that were a little less obvious than the normal picks. My hands were itching to put The Fault In Our Stars on this list but I resisted the urge.
What books have given you the most feels?
