WWW Wednesday is a book meme run by Sam at Taking on a World of Words.

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

So let’s get to it!

What are you currently reading?

Opal

Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout

This is the third book in the Lux series and I honestly cannot figure out why I am still reading them. I’ve read so many glowing reviews but I just think they are so terrible. Like, if Twilight were made into a B movie it might still be better than these, and yet I can’t stop. What is wrong with me?!

lady midnight

Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare

I just started listening to this one on audio because I know I will never get to it if I try to read the physical version because this baby is massive. I absolutely LOVED the first three Mortal Instruments books when I first read them in 2009, but after reading the Infernal Devices and the second three Mortal Instruments, I’m really getting burned out of the Shadowhunter world. I wish Clare would move on and write something new, but I think I’m in the minority there.

The Unexpected Everything

The Unexpected Everything by Morgan Matson

I loved loved loved this book! It was so adorable and a perfect start to my summer reading. Matson is easily one of my favorite contemporary writers and a must-buy for me.

Obsidian and Onyx by Jennifer L. Armentrout

I recently traveled to Denver for work and got these as ebooks for super cheap (like $0.99-$4.99) and I’ve been hearing so many things about this series for a while now so I decided to give them a go. See above. I’ll try to write a full review soon…

What do you think you’ll read next?

I was fortunate enough to be able to go to The BookCon this year and came home with 13 books! That on top of my already out of control TBR list is giving me serious book ADD. I seriously keep bouncing from book to book and I can’t make a decision on what to pick next so it tends to be whatever one my hand lands on. Here are a few contenders:
