WWW Wednesday is a book meme run by Sam at Taking on a World of Words.

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

So let’s get to it!

What are you currently reading?

kill the boy band

Kill the Boy Band by Goldy Moldavsky. It’s very funny, but I’m not super engrossed by it. I hope to finish within the next few days.

Miss Mayhem by Rachel Hawkins. I really enjoyed the first in this series, Rebel Belle, but this one is just so-so for me right now.

What did you recently finish reading?

Me Before You

Me Before You by JoJo Moyes. This one was good, but I didn’t cry like everyone said I would (which is weird because I’m a very easy crier). I haven’t written a review for this yet but I will soon!

What do you think you’ll read next?

I feel like I’m in a bit of a reading slump lately. I keep looking at my TBR shelf and nothing really stands out to me. Here are a few potentials:

An Ember

An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir. Tahir will be at BookCon in May and I feel like I should read this if I plan on meeting her lol. Though from the description I think I’m going to have a hard time not making Star Wars comparisons….

the distance from me to you

The Distance from Me to You by Marina Gessner. This one has been on my TBR list for AGES. I should really just read it – I don’t know why I’ve been putting it off for so long.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by JK Rowling. I reread the Sorcerer’s Stone last month and have been dying to do a reread of the whole series so I may just go with it instead of reading a new book. The illustrated edition comes out in October but I don’t think I can wait that long to continue with the series.

And that’s it! Do you participate in WWW? What did your week look like?

  1. Yeah once you get going on HP it’s hard to stop. I was assigned book 4 to study up for a trivia thing last year… and just kept going until I got done with 7. Addictive.
